Analyse and model data to deliver commercial initiatives and financial outcomes. Partner with stakeholders and Procurement, present insights, configure systems, identify risks, and implement value-add projects to improve operational and commercial performance.

Own and optimise the Salesforce platform: manage users, permissions, integrations, automations, dashboards and data integrity; lead releases, sandbox testing and UAT; act as Product Owner prioritising enhancements and partnering with stakeholders and offshore developers to deliver improvements.
