Lead workforce planning for a 100+ employee customer service function. Own forecasting, capacity planning, staffing projections, complex rostering, real-time workload management, leave coverage, reporting, and workforce management systems. Analyze service levels, productivity, utilization, forecast accuracy, and cost-to-serve while driving continuous improvement. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and lead a small team of workforce planning analysts and schedulers.

Analyze and manipulate data, develop commercial insights and financial models, and deliver value-adding projects across the business. The role partners with stakeholders and Procurement to design viable supply chain solutions, support negotiations, identify risks, and realize financial benefits. Responsibilities include presenting findings, monitoring initiatives, configuring systems, and producing reports for technical and non-technical audiences.

Manage national sales operations, including pipeline governance, Salesforce administration, reporting, process improvement, tender support, sales enablement, and implementation coordination. The role maintains CRM data integrity, delivers performance insights, supports onboarding and training, coordinates customer activities, and partners with sales, implementation, and account management teams to improve conversion, pipeline velocity, and customer outcomes.
