Manage customer relationships for logistics accounts during a 6-month secondment: provide operational on-site support, maintain communications, drive continuous improvement and account growth, prepare performance reports, and deliver excellent customer experience to improve NPS.

Lead the Commercial Excellence team to identify improvement opportunities via analysis, manage and deliver projects, produce financial modelling and executive performance reporting, develop and train analysts, manage team KPIs and financial targets, and build stakeholder relationships to improve commercial and pricing outcomes.

Ensure high-quality customer service by performing quality validations, investigating and resolving complex issues, running root cause analysis, driving continuous improvement, managing escalations, conducting quality checks, maintaining ISO governance, and ensuring accurate Salesforce data entry to improve customer satisfaction and NPS.
