Manage and grow a portfolio of Food and Beverage customers across VIC, SA, and WA, with a focus on health and wellness products. Responsibilities include developing customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, achieving targets, cross-selling, managing pipelines, forecasting, negotiating pricing, and converting prospects. The role works with internal teams and suppliers to deliver customer solutions and increase revenue and market share.

The Account Manager manages customer relationships, achieves sales targets, and develops strategies to convert prospects, while coordinating with internal teams and submitting forecasts.

Manage and grow a portfolio of Food & Beverage customers (focus on Health & Wellness) across VIC/SA/WA. Drive sales, forecasts, pricing, cross-sell opportunities, and customer service excellence. Use Salesforce and Excel for CRM, reporting, pipeline management, and costing. Liaise with internal stakeholders, conduct market studies, manage non-conformances, and ensure compliance with QSHE, COR, and Product Stewardship requirements.

Provide accounts administration support for the ANZ region including invoice processing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, vendor and internal stakeholder liaison, month-end support, and continuous process improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and accurate financial recordkeeping while supporting the broader finance team.
