Perform inspection, testing, servicing and maintenance of fire sprinkler systems and pump sets across client sites. Conduct flow and pump testing, fault finding, visual inspections, minor repairs and 5-yearly servicing. Complete compliance documentation and reports, liaise with customers, follow safe work practices, and support operational safety culture.

Coordinate and dispatch planned and reactive maintenance work orders, schedule technicians to meet SLAs/KPIs, monitor jobs via a field service platform, support Area Managers, process purchase orders, manage stock and costs, generate reports, liaise with subcontractors and clients, and drive continuous process improvements.
