Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, multi-year modelling, and performance reporting for a large government property and facilities management portfolio. The HSEQ Manager will establish and maintain health, safety, environment, and quality systems for a government facilities management portfolio. Responsibilities include ISO-aligned quality management, legislative compliance, contractor management, incident investigations, risk registers, emergency planning, training coordination, safety reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also requires developing Power Automate workflows and using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric for performance insights while building strong relationships with clients, operational teams, and subcontractors.
