As a Lead Process Engineer in the Victorian Water Team, you will lead process designs, oversee project development, and provide technical guidance while supporting innovative solutions for water infrastructure.

Lead and grow Aurecon's national Grid Advisory capability. Advise clients on network and load requirements, connection concepts, transmission and distribution planning, technical due diligence, procurement strategy, market engagement and risk assessments. Build client relationships, win work, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with engineering teams to connect advisory work to delivery.

Design and deliver detailed electrical, instrumentation and control systems for heavy industrial and process plant projects. Perform power systems modelling, apply Australian standards, support project phases from concept to detail design, interface with clients and project teams, and contribute to sustainable, carbon‑neutral solutions.

Provide legal, risk and governance advice across construction, advisory and digital projects. Review and negotiate contracts, manage disputes and external law firms, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and deliver training on legal and governance matters to support project teams and senior leadership.

Lead/Senior systems engineer supporting full lifecycle systems engineering across requirements, configuration, interfaces, V&V, and assurance. Produce and maintain technical documentation, apply SE practices and MBSE, liaise with stakeholders on-site and remotely, and support traceability and certification for safety-critical regulated projects.
