The role requires strategic advisory expertise, commercial acumen, business development capability, and experience guiding complex infrastructure and asset challenges across sectors such as water, transport, defence, or energy.

Leads Aurecon’s Winning Work function, including pre-bid activity, proposal and bid management, and bid visual design. Partners with senior leaders to develop win strategies, messaging, and submission structures for major opportunities. Manages a geographically dispersed team across Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines; improves pursuit frameworks, conversion outcomes, and team performance; and drives digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions to strengthen competitive positioning.

Leads technical delivery for complex electrical engineering projects across aviation, defence, data centres, buildings and major infrastructure. Responsibilities include advising clients, guiding engineers and designers, driving design and quality outcomes, supporting bids and client engagement, expanding relationships, and building team capability and leadership. The role requires extensive consulting or infrastructure experience, strong stakeholder skills, mentoring ability, commercial awareness, and strategic technical judgment.

Provides physical security consulting for Defence, aviation, transport, critical infrastructure, and data centre projects. Responsibilities include security, threat, and vulnerability assessments; security strategies and plans; physical security system design; compliance support; stakeholder workshops; client engagement; and technical documentation. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering and infrastructure teams and requires experience in security consulting, protective security, electronic security, Defence, law enforcement, or critical infrastructure.

Lead growth of Aurecon's renewable energy advisory business by developing market strategy, winning major projects, advising investors/government/utilities across generation, storage and transmission, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale energy transition outcomes.
