Lead digital management, BIM, and information management strategies across major multidisciplinary building and infrastructure projects. Develop digital execution plans, governance frameworks, delivery processes, and Common Data Environment requirements. Advise clients and project leaders, coordinate digital delivery, drive automation and emerging technology adoption, and mentor digital delivery professionals while growing Aurecon’s regional capability.

Lead Defence-related projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budgets, schedules, quality, risks, issues, contracts, and stakeholders. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, clients, and Defence representatives while ensuring safety and effective communication. The role requires project controls experience, leadership, stakeholder management, quality assurance, risk and contract management, and the ability to work in a matrix environment. Defence experience is desirable but not essential.

Lead the design and delivery of building automation, BMS, energy management, and control systems across complex infrastructure projects. Develop control philosophies, sequences, specifications, architectures, and technical documentation; review contractor submissions; coordinate multidisciplinary requirements; and support construction, testing, and commissioning. Provide client and contractor guidance, manage technical delivery across projects, prepare tender scopes, and support engineering capability development.
