Conduct internal project, process, and systems audits across Aurecon, assess Quality Management System effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and prepare audit findings, reports, non-conformities, and corrective actions. Support external audits and quality assurance activities while partnering with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand to promote continuous improvement and ISO 9001 conformance.

Design electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for heavy industrial, process plant, energy, water, transport, and mining projects. Responsibilities include electrical distribution and motor control design, power systems modelling, client and project team interaction, and delivery across concept, FEED, and detailed design phases while meeting quality and schedule requirements.

Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for delivering electrical designs, technical documentation, calculations, and solutions across healthcare, aviation, defence, data centre, infrastructure, and industrial projects. The role involves multidisciplinary collaboration, project planning, stakeholder engagement, client and contractor coordination, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting technical innovation and continuous improvement. Candidates need 7+ years of electrical engineering experience and a relevant degree, with chartership and Australian Defence Security Clearance eligibility highly regarded.
