The role


UniSuper is seeking an experienced Web Content Publisher with strong Sitecore CMS experience to support the delivery and maintenance of content across our Public Website and Member Online platforms.


This is a hands-on publishing role focused on building, editing, quality assuring and publishing content within Sitecore through established workflows and governance processes. 


Success in this role will come from strong CMS publishing expertise and experience working directly in Sitecore, rather than content strategy, UX design or copywriting.


  • Build and maintain web pages, components and digital content assets.
  • Manage content workflows, approvals, scheduled publishing and version control activities.
  • Review content for quality, accessibility, formatting and compliance with publishing standards.
  • Triage and prioritise content requests, resolving timeline conflicts
  • Contribute to sprint planning and project delivery activities
  • Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with developers

About You


You are an experienced web content publisher with strong hands-on Sitecore CMS experience and a proven track record delivering high-quality content through enterprise CMS platforms.


  • Essential: Demonstrated experience creating, editing and publishing content within Sitecore CMS, including working with templates, components and page assembly.
  • Experience managing CMS workflows, approvals, scheduled publishing and content version control.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, WCAG accessibility standards, content QA and publishing best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of publishing requests, balance competing priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and experience working within Agile delivery environments.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting publishing and CMS-related issues, including testing and quality assurance.
