  • Work closely with Transport Operations, Stores, Fulfilment Centres, Bunnings Local, Technology teams and delivery partners to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Investigate platform and configuration issues, identify root causes and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure system changes are delivered accurately and with minimal disruption.
  • Monitor data quality and configuration accuracy, helping maintain a trusted source of operational information.
  • Contribute to reporting, insights and operational reviews that help improve delivery performance and customer outcomes.

About You

You're someone who enjoys solving problems, pays close attention to detail and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You thrive in a fast-paced operational environment where technology, data and people come together to create better outcomes.

You'll enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and are confident translating operational requirements into practical system solutions. You'll be joining a supportive team that values knowledge sharing, practical problem solving and working together to deliver a great customer experience.

What you'll need

  • Experience in transport administration, supply chain operations, delivery operations, carrier management or a similar operational support role.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and governance.
  • The ability to investigate issues, analyse information and identify practical solutions.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across operational and technical teams.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, business administration, technology or equivalent industry experience will be highly regarded.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
