Leads governance, optimisation, and performance of Bunnings’ last-mile delivery platform across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include configuring carrier networks, routing rules, service offerings, and rates; improving delivery accuracy, utilisation, cost, productivity, and customer experience; onboarding delivery partners; partnering with technology teams and vendors; and ensuring governance, compliance, risk management, and delivery safety.

Lead reward programs across Australia and New Zealand, including remuneration, benefits, recognition, governance, compliance, pay equity, and reporting. Provide specialist advice, build reward capability, enhance benefits programs, analyze reward data, and partner with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, and business stakeholders. Use HR systems, AI, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and support attraction, retention, and engagement.

Partner with Supply Chain and Specialty business leaders to identify and reduce safety and wellbeing risks. Provide practical guidance, coach leaders, support safety programs, contribute to incident investigations and risk assessments, and embed safe systems of work. The role focuses on strengthening safety culture, improving leader capability, and driving continuous improvement across fast-paced operational environments including supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, and frame-and-truss operations.

Designs and reviews secure enterprise technology solutions across cloud, infrastructure, applications, identity, and security platforms. The role embeds security-by-design principles, assesses cyber risks and vulnerabilities, shapes security strategy and architecture roadmaps, advises on security controls and governance, and partners with technology teams, stakeholders, vendors, and industry peers to improve security outcomes.

Lead enterprise architecture for customer-facing platforms (commerce, service, quoting, loyalty, payments). Define target architectures and roadmaps, partner with business and domain architects, assess emerging technologies (including AI), and provide architectural leadership, governance and mentoring across programs to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
