Lead large, cross-functional technology and business programs from planning to benefits realisation. Shape strategy, governance, risk and financials; prepare executive materials; coordinate stakeholders, vendors and delivery teams; coach project managers and improve ways of working to keep complex programs on track and outcome-focused.

Design, develop and support enterprise Power BI datasets, semantic models, reports, dashboards and dataflows. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data models, champion BI governance and enable self-service analytics to drive retail decisions across operations, supply chain and commercial functions.
