As a Technology Risk Analyst, you play a crucial role in safeguarding systems and customer data, ensuring compliance and managing risk appetite. Joining the Money Technology function offers a chance to grow within the tech risk domain. Collaborate with various teams to manage and remediate risks, contributing to ongoing security uplift initiatives.

Technology and security risk management

Controls management and associated actions.

Support the development and ongoing prioritisation of security posture uplift activities.

Support the business with the identification, management and rectification of technology and security related control gaps, breaches, incidents, and issues.

Provide hands-on support gathering access requirements and delivering our strategic Identity Access Management programs.

Lead security risk assessment activities, technology audits and evidence gathering.
-
Support vulnerability management, remediation and admin activities.
-
Support Process Governance and Documentation management.

Provide real time advisory support on emerging tech risk
-
Support reporting activities of key indicators, strategic deliverables and metrics.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote a positive risk culture and support stakeholders on risk performance.

Become a lead advisor in tech risk frameworks and security best practice
Ideally, we're looking for the following:
Let’s look at you:

Technical experience in Salesforce highly advantageous.
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT, Info Security or Tech Risk related roles.

Technology Risk Management experience, ideally within the financial services industry
-
Technical knowledge in technology platforms and practices such as Cloud, CRM, databases, applications, networks, cyber security and information security.

Experience in process improvement methodologies and change implementation will be considered favourably
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
-
Strong attention to detail, including thoroughness in reviewing data, processes and documentation

Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles and audit standards
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, Security, Assurance is desirable.
