Your Impact

As a Technical Services Manager (TSM), you will partner closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager (STSM) and Operations team to help deliver reliable, high-performance data centre operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of a defined site area or customer portfolio, managing operations and escalating priorities as needed

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring change and incident processes are followed

  • Collaborate with Development teams on construction and installations, ensuring systems meet operational standards

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and regulatory requirements (safety, environmental, building, and industry accreditations)

  • Act as the primary operational contact for customers, including incident management and escalation

  • Support commissioning, service provisioning, minor projects, and ongoing performance and risk analysis

  • Participate in on-call incident response and conduct regular site inspections

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in data centres, facilities, engineering operations, or related fields

  • Ability to develop and review technical documentation (e.g. MOPs, RCA reports)

  • Experience managing vendors and coordinating service delivery

  • Familiarity with BMS, CMMS, and customer systems

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • NV1 clearance (or ability to obtain)

  • A flexible, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
