Lead operational safety across live data centre campuses, supporting maintenance, contractor management, incident investigations, risk assessments, Permit to Work, emergency preparedness, and compliance with critical safety controls. The role drives proactive safety culture, operational assurance, continuous improvement, and risk management in partnership with site teams and service providers.

Lead OT security uplift across hyperscale data centres: assess ICS/SCADA/BMS systems, design secure OT architectures and segmentation, deploy monitoring tools, support incident response and patching, and collaborate with engineering, operations and vendors to implement OT security controls and standards.

Lead design and delivery of scalable data and AI platforms across Azure and Databricks. Architect production-grade ML/LLM solutions (RAG, agentic patterns), build batch and streaming pipelines, formalize medallion/lakehouse standards, implement MLOps/DataOps (CI/CD, monitoring, orchestration), embed Responsible AI and governance, and provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional delivery.

Manage day-to-day operations for a portion of a hyperscale data centre: supervise vendors, coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs, ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance, support customer provisioning and incidents, oversee minor capital projects, attend commissioning tests, run inspections, and participate in on-call incident response.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead construction phases of data center projects, ensuring timely, quality delivery while managing stakeholders and risks.
