Your opportunity
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Technical Project Manager with proven experience in Logistics-related ICT projects, and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach. If you love communication and organisation, this is your chance to join our team.
Your role at a glimpse:
- Lead logistics-focused ICT projects from kickoff to delivery
- Provide on-site technical guidance on ERP and integration systems within the logistics unit, working closely with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth daily functionality.
- Translate customer logistics requirements into actionable development specifications using Jira or similar tools
- Coordinate the development team to ensure timely and within scope project completion
- Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and adapt to evolving business needs
- Communicate with key stakeholders to track customer satisfaction
- Provide project metrics to the management team
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Being the perfect match
Bring along:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a relevant role
- Proven experience delivering projects in Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain Systems
- BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Competency in liaising with different teams and understanding their technical and operational needs
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and oral
Nice to bring along:
- Hands-on familiarity with Logistics Software or ERP systems
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse automation in an on-site logistics setting
- Applied knowledge in scrum or other agile software development methodology (e.g. Atlassian tools etc)
