JukeBooks is the leading subscription-based platform offering the largest collection of bestselling audiobooks in Greek.
As we continue to expand our reach and enhance our services, we are seeking a tech-savvy and results-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee the technical aspects of our audiobook platform and integrated systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operation to deliver an exceptional user experience for our listeners.
Job Description
- Manage new and ongoing projects related to our apps and website in collaboration with our outsourced white label provider
- Maintain relationships with key technology providers (e.g., payment gateway, CRM, ERP) to ensure smooth integration and functionality
- Develop project plans aligned with company processes, directly supporting cross-departmental goals and initiatives
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners towards the delivery of projects
- Ensure Quality Assurance QA standards are well defined and met, developing test cases, and working with all relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs
- Manage change effectively, including scope, schedule, and cost adjustments
- Perform risk management, proactively identifying and escalating issues in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain project documentation
- Work well within teams
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical project management or digital product management
- 3–5 years of total professional experience in digital, technical, or software-related environments, including roles in software development/engineering, product development, and technical operations roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a similar field
- In-depth understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Greek and English (C2 level)
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Knowledge in PHP, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and NodeJS is considered a plus
- Hands-on experience with hosting management tools such as Plesk and cPanel
- Knowledge of mobile application store management processes (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
- Experience working with outsourced development teams is a plus
