The Technology & Delivery team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper’s core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s Strategy.

The role
As Acurity Tech Lead, you will shape solution approaches and govern technical quality across the Acurity platform and its associated integrations. You will influence complex technical decisions through deep expertise, balancing business requirements, technical risk, operational supportability and long-term platform sustainability.
- Shape complex technical solutions aligned with platform strategy, architectural principles and engineering standards
- Govern technical delivery from design through implementation and production support
- Set standards for development practices, engineering processes and code quality
- Define solution approaches that address security, performance, resilience and supportability
- Advise on complex production incidents, root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
- Influence technical capability through mentoring, collaboration and knowledge sharing
About you
You are a recognised Acurity Architect expert who applies strong judgement to complex, high-impact technical decisions. You enjoy influencing direction without formal people management responsibility and communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Extensive experience developing solutions using Acurity Architect
- Advanced solution design and architecture skills
- Strong application integration, SQL and database design capability
- Experience with technical governance, engineering standards and Agile delivery
- Strong understanding of application security, risk and operational resilience
- Experience mentoring and developing technical capability across software delivery teams
