 About the role

• Ensuring that all outbound orders are processed within the agreed SLA. 
• Supporting Outbound Manager with Onboarding new team members.
• Ensuring that housekeeping is maintained in all warehouses.
• Supporting the Outbound Manager in rostering.
• Supporting the Outbound Manager in staff training modules.
• First point of contact in the absence of the Outbound Manager.
• Daily dispatch coordination.
• Area warden - Support the emergency committee during evacuations.
• Site security – Alarm & Disarm as required.
• Safety for all team members.
• Pulse reporting as required.
• Supporting continuous improvement
• First point of contact in the absence of the Outbound Manager.
• Chep pallet management for outbound transfers.
• Ordering of warehouse consumables.
• Team Toolboxs talks

What you’ll need to succeed

• Forklift License essential
• A disciplined planner who is confident to proactively make operational decisions and manage relationships across internal and external partners.
• A data led thinker that can use information to highlight insights and identify opportunities for improvement
• An agile operator they can move quickly to engage others in operational decisions and adopt a new ways of thinking and working quickly.
• An effective communicator (written and verbal) that can influence internal stakeholders.
• A team player who has the curiosity to look outside for new ideas.
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
