As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Manager of Operations will be pivotal in modernizing our supply chain planning capabilities across McCain Foods.
Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, APACSA the successful candidate will be responsible for executing the integration plans between various systems, platforms, and business processes in support of our digital transformation within their Region. This individual will work in collaboration with their regional transformation team and globally with the PMO, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the successful integration of S/4HANA and updated business processes. The role requires strong system integration and business transformation program experience, a deep understanding of business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, make to deliver), and the ability to manage complex projects across multiple teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with our Global Team to implement the business transformation program.
  • For their region, lead requirements gathering, solution design activities, configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  • Participate in business planning and strategy sessions as it relates to the transformation program.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
  • Maintain governance structures to manage risks, monitor progress, and ensure the program stays within budget and timelines.
  • Collaborate on change management efforts within the region, ensuring that the team is fully prepared and trained on the new systems.
  • Engage stakeholders across all levels, functions and regions to understand concerns, gather feedback.
  • Partner with business process owners, digital technology teams, and external partners to define and validate processes and test scenarios.
  • Maintain a virtual team of regional subject matter experts that will engage with you and the program team representing the nuances of how work is done in your region.
  • The role could require international travel as necessitated.


Required Experience and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations function.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver).
  • Proficiency in operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities (Matrix)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SAP experience preferred.

  • In-depth industry knowledge within the context of food production and technology implementation.

Please note this role may require flexibility in working hours to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different time zones (including North America).
