The Opportunity

We have an exciting 6-month contract opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team, supporting one of Crown's busiest volume recruitment portfolios.

This role is focused on the attraction, screening and hiring of front-line Hospitality talent across Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, including Cooks, Chefs, Commis Chefs, Food & Beverage Attendants and other operational hospitality positions. You'll manage a high volume of recruitment activity and spend a significant portion of your day engaging directly with candidates through phone screening and assessment conversations, ensuring we identify and secure quality talent efficiently. Partnering closely with hiring leaders, you'll play a critical role in delivering recruitment outcomes that support the ongoing success of Crown's hospitality operations.

What You'll Do

  • Manage high-volume end-to-end recruitment across Hospitality and Culinary portfolios, supporting ongoing hiring demand across multiple business areas.

  • Conduct a large volume of phone/video screens and candidate assessments, evaluating skills, experience, availability, work rights and suitability against role requirements.

  • Build and manage active candidate pipelines, ensuring roles are progressed quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce requirements, provide recruitment market insights and deliver hiring solutions aligned to business needs.

  • Coordinate recruitment activity from sourcing and screening through to interview scheduling, offer management and pre-employment compliance checks.

  • Monitor recruitment performance against key hiring metrics, maintaining accurate recruitment data and ensuring adherence to Crown's recruitment processes and governance requirements.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume recruitment, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.

  • Proven success conducting large volumes of phone screening and candidate assessment activities within fast-paced operational environments.

  • Recruitment experience supporting Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, Customer Service, Aviation, Healthcare or similarly high-volume workforces.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and confidently advise leaders on recruitment best practice.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver outcomes within tight timeframes.

  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage candidate workflows, reporting and recruitment administration.
