Drive Pipeline Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage inbound opportunities effectively.
- Follow up consistently to maximise conversion and re-engage qualified leads showing renewed interest.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to improve lead quality, ensure seamless handovers and deliver a great customer experience.
- Share customer insights to strengthen messaging, campaigns and sales processes while contributing to continuous improvement.

- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Experience with live chat platforms or sales engagement tools.
- Knowledge of HR technology or HR processes.
