Due to growth, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our highly collaborative and energetic Talent team. This role presents a unique opportunity to have a genuine impact on the business and engage with and influence key stakeholders who truly see the team as trusted partners.


Requirements

As the Talent Acquisition Advisor at efm Logistics you will:

  • Manage the end to end recruitment processes across a broad range of roles within the business. This includes, posting advertisements, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, making offers and onboarding new starters.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs as well as supporting them through the interview process, providing coaching and support where necessary.
  • Proactively create a talent pool, taking the initiative to strategically source and actively search talent.
  • Execute on sourcing and attraction initiatives including the proactive identification and approach of potential candidates using Seek, LinkedIn etc., and continuously build networks into target talent markets.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a high volume Agency or in-house Talent Acquisition role
  • Strategic mindset, with ability to deliver tactically and operationally
  • Driven by values and personal ethics
  • Ability to influence and coach stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
