Job Description

As a Storeperson, you’ll be responsible for daily warehouse operations to ensure aircraft parts are properly controlled, packed, and ready for delivery to support aircraft servicing. You’ll be a hands-on team player who can assess and monitor inventory levels, support distribution needs, and ensure all routine tasks are completed accurately and efficiently within controlled areas of the operation.

Additionally, you’ll play a key role in processing warehouse tasks within set timeframes, keeping an eye on different operational zones, and adjusting priorities to meet customer demands. You’ll manage receipts, binning, issuing, and dispatch with precision, while maintaining control of Qantas and client stock. You’ll also be encouraged to contribute to ongoing improvements that enhance productivity and efficiency, and work closely with other teams to support a collaborative and high-performing logistics environment.

You’ll have –

  • Valid Forklift Licence
  • Ability to work a rotating 4-on, 4-off roster, including day and night shifts
  • Current Driver’s License (ability to drive manual will be preferred)
  • Can build effective relationships and to manage and encourage a collaborative team environment
  • Minimum 2 years' experience using warehouse and freight management system.
  • Ability to prioritise work and perform multiple tasks under time constraints & be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Work well in a dynamic environment with the ability to quickly accommodate change and continuous improvement to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
  • Empathy and a strong commitment to Customer Service
  • Ability to qualify for and hold a Red ASIC identification card
  • Working knowledge of Airports (Advantageous)
