Develops operational intelligence by analyzing complex airline data, building reliable reporting and analytical tools, establishing data governance and semantic standards, identifying performance trends and risks, and delivering actionable recommendations. The role supports predictive and real-time decision-making, continuous improvement, and the introduction of AI and large language model applications into operational analytics. It partners with operational leaders to improve business performance, manage risk, and enhance customer outcomes.

Support and optimise customer contact platforms by gathering requirements, analysing incidents and trends, supporting roadmaps and change activities, monitoring performance, and partnering with stakeholders and vendors to improve customer experience, reliability, and governance.

Perform daily warehouse operations to control, pack, bin, issue and dispatch aircraft parts. Monitor inventory, process warehouse tasks within deadlines, support distribution needs, maintain Qantas and client stock accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement in a team-based, shift-driven aviation logistics environment.
