Drive commercial outcomes (revenue, margin, conversion), manage cross-functional launches, reduce customer friction with Operations and Customer Care, and support pricing, experimentation and optimisation in a test-and-learn environment.

Conduct A220 simulator and ground-school training, develop and maintain training materials and programs to meet CASA Part 121/142 and company standards, monitor compliance and training quality, support procedural improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders including work at other training facilities (including overseas).

Analyze customer behaviour and ancillary product performance to drive revenue and profitability. Provide insights to product specialists and senior stakeholders, forecast P&L, monitor competitive positioning, and apply testing/experimentation to optimise product, pricing and customer experience across domestic and international networks.
