Leads workforce planning teams responsible for monthly pilot rostering and training across Jetstar’s international operations. Oversees compliant, efficient roster delivery; balances crew engagement, operational resilience, costs, and regulatory requirements; develops high-performing teams; partners with pilot leadership and frontline crew; and drives continuous improvement in rostering, training, and workforce planning processes.

Drives AI, automation, process improvement, and self-service analytics across Finance Operations. Builds Power Platform solutions, data pipelines, models, and workflow tools; improves finance data quality and governance; evaluates AI and automation opportunities; and supports implementation through prototyping, testing, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Leads Jetstar Engineering’s safety, quality, compliance and training functions across Australia and New Zealand. Responsibilities include safety investigations, risk management, audits, regulatory approvals, CASA engagement, compliance monitoring, training and competency programs, change management, continuous improvement, and team leadership. The role maintains aircraft engineering regulatory compliance under CASR Parts 42, 145 and 147 while driving safety culture, workforce capability and operational excellence.
