Profile Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a proven portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience creating professional marketing collateral using graphic technology such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience editing long-form video content, including podcast episodes of up to 2.5 hours, using footage from multiple camera angles and repurposing key moments into engaging short-form videos and reels.Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or equivalent CRM/email automation software.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging across different platforms and target audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Analytics, or similar.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and results-driven approach, with the ability to work independently while contributing to broader marketing initiatives.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's brand, marketing objectives, and content calendar.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, presentations, digital advertisements, banners, and other branded assets using industry-standard design tools.
  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, copywriting, template creation, scheduling, and performance optimization.
  • Monitor and respond to social media engagement, fostering positive relationships with customers while maintaining the brand's online reputation.
  • Track and analyse social media and email campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches, promotions, events, and overall business growth.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels by ensuring all creative assets, messaging, and communications adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Helps implement new brand and brand guidelines
  • Edit long-form podcast recordings of up to 2.5 hours and repurpose key segments into engaging videos of up to 30 minutes, as well as short-form reels, complete with captions, branding, audio enhancement, transitions, and platform-specific formatting.
