As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire value stream, from production to people, to deliver outstanding results across cost, service, quality, and employee engagement. Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise production performance, reduce costs, and improve overall manufacturing efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, develop staff skills and capabilities, and ensure a robust succession plan is in place to drive future growth.
  • Oversee production planning, inventory management, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations and minimise waste.
  • Develop and implement capital plans to maintain and improve site assets, and identify opportunities to drive costs down and lower risk.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Planning, and Quality, to maximise case fill rates and meet business objectives.
  • Embody the Kraft Heinz values and contribute to the company's vision by promoting a culture of safety, quality, and excellence.


About you:

  • Strong experience managing people in a food manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on production management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace
  • Experience with short shelf life, high-risk foods
  • Degree in Operations Management, Food Science, Accounting, or Engineering (preferred)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing, and consulting skills
  • Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a large workforce
  • High level of self-awareness and personal presence
  • Strong facilitation and listening skills
