The Company

Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and find solutions
  • Collaborate with various teams to implement changes and prevent problems
  • Build strong relationships with operators and maintenance technicians to drive solutions
  • Lead projects to improve processes and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to save costs and improve results
  • Ensure our operations meet high standards for quality and safety
  • Cover tasks for other team members as needed

About you:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to drive insights and recommendations
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Kaizen) (preferable)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferable)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment (preferable)
  • Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
