We're seeking an experienced Senior Operator to join our food department at Golden Circle. As a Senior Operator, you'll play a key role in leading our production team and driving process improvements. This is a full-time, permanent position with a 9.5 hour shift schedule, working any four days a week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example as a process expert on the production line, providing guidance on product, equipment, and best practices
- Supervise and mentor 3PL staff as required, and provide support to operators in areas such as fault finding, defect analysis, and line set-up
- Train new operators on department procedures and best practices, and assist with writing and updating SOPs
- Collaborate with the CI Lead, Operators, Shift Leads, Maintenance Leads, and Process Owners to identify and implement process improvements
- Own the validation of process control, CCPs, and critical Safety and FSQ equipment, ensuring up-to-date validation and calibration
- Act as a deputy for Process Owner/Area Leads when required, and assist with NPD trials and special projects
About you:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG/manufacturing
- Experience leading a team
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Basic computer literacy with a willingness to improve computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic to intermediate MS Office skills, with a forklift ticket desirable
