As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in supporting Civica's growth across APAC by partnering with leaders to attract, engage and hire exceptional technology talent. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across complex and niche positions, providing trusted advice and market insights that help deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Working closely with hiring managers, HR partners and the broader People team, you will develop targeted sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines and embed recruitment best practice across the business. Your work will directly contribute to the growth of high-performing teams delivering software solutions that help improve outcomes for citizens and communities around the world.


Requirements

What you will need to be successful in this role

  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment within an internal talent acquisition or in-house recruitment function
  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple disciplines.
  • Proven success managing multiple vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise sourcing and engaging passive candidates for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions at all levels.
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to deliver structured, consistent and objective recruitment processes.
  • Capability to conduct high-quality candidate screening and provide accurate assessment summaries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, market mapping and talent pipelining methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to balance business needs, candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging multiple sourcing channels, tools and recruitment technologies.
  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintaining accurate recruitment data.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Experience partnering with HR teams and contributing to broader people initiatives.
