Lead transformation of APAC LiveOps into a modern SRE and CloudOps capability. Define operating model, improve reliability, observability, incident response, automation and infrastructure as code. Partner with Product, Platform, Security and regional teams to reduce downtime, increase resilience and embed SRE practices across the region while building and coaching high-performing teams.

Translate global product marketing strategy into APAC execution. Develop regional value propositions, messaging, GTM plans, and sales enablement. Lead product launches, drive pipeline, conversion and sales velocity, partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing, and build customer advocacy and evidence programs to improve commercial outcomes across multiple APAC markets.

Lead end-to-end recruitment across APAC for complex technology roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR to build pipelines, source passive candidates, manage multiple vacancies, run structured screening, and embed recruitment best practices using ATS and recruitment technologies to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes and strong candidate/hiring manager experiences.

Generate new business for Civica by finding opportunities, building senior-level relationships, qualifying pipeline, progressing deals, and working cross-functionally to win public sector software contracts.

Own strategic customer relationships for public-sector SaaS solutions: drive account growth, renewals, value realization, governance, and cross-functional delivery. Translate customer needs into plans, use data to measure outcomes, and ensure high-quality, continuous improvement across multiple concurrent accounts.

Provide L2 support for Civica's Carelink health and community care software: troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, manage multiple support requests to meet SLAs, liaise with customers and internal teams, maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles, apply product knowledge, and contribute to QA and product quality improvements.

The role involves advising education organisations on financial management, implementing systems, and delivering training programs to improve operational outcomes. It focuses on enhancing financial processes in education.

Lead presales engagement across APAC for Financials opportunities in Education and Local Government. Shape customer vision, design demonstrations, run workshops, influence solution strategy, support bids, and engage executive stakeholders to position Civica as a trusted GovTech partner.
