About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our Technology team. This role is 70% project work and 30% BAU, supporting critical network infrastructure and delivering innovative solutions. Occasional travel may be required to data centres, offices, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions.
- Act as an escalation point for network issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage incidents and changes in line with ITIL best practices.
- Ensure network security and compliance standards are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and articulate technical concepts clearly.
- Drive continuous improvement and support project delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching.
- Palo Alto firewall administration and management.
- F5 load balancing expertise.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change management).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
