As the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team of Marketing and Communication Specialists to deliver sharp, strategic and genuinely useful support across the business. You’ll set the tone for high performance, lead the development of integrated marketing and communications strategies, and make sure everything produced strengthens EML’s brand and aligns with our broader strategic goals.

You’ll also drive the execution of the team’s strategic plan, ensuring campaigns, content, internal and external communications, and events are delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard. Your leadership will foster collaboration, innovation and seamless delivery across digital, print and enterprise-wide initiatives.
This will be a full time, permanent position based in our Sydney or Melbourne office, with work-from-home flexibility (up to 2 days per week).
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and refine the strategic direction of Marketing and Communications, ensuring processes are high performing, sustainable and aligned to business needs.
  • Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies that reflect organisational priorities, market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Shape and strengthen EML’s brand positioning and messaging to support business growth and deepen customer engagement.
  • Champion innovation across digital marketing, using emerging technologies, automation and data-driven insights to elevate performance across all channels.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and meeting agreed KPIs.
  • Manage content creation and creative development to maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence across digital and print platforms.
  • Enhance EML’s digital footprint by developing effective channels, content and experiences that meet business requirements.
  • Track and analyse campaign and channel performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Optimise marketing operations through effective use of CRM systems, automation tools and analytics platforms.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated performance in senior roles with experience in leading a high-performing team, with a proven ability to set clear direction, inspire strong results and create an environment where people can genuinely do their best work.
  • Well-developed analytical and evaluation skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and deliver smart, innovative and commercially grounded solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Strong track record in strategic planning and execution, ensuring marketing and communication initiatives land effectively and drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Advanced knowledge across SEO, SEM, social media strategy and paid advertising, with a deep understanding of how to optimise channels to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Solid experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Agency Analytics and other platforms with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and improve conversion performance.
