Lead partnership and client engagement for the Mutual Benefits Program by connecting clients with solutions, supporting onboarding and retention, building internal relationships, delivering stakeholder engagement and marketing initiatives, presenting at events, creating case studies, and identifying opportunities to improve workplace outcomes.

As a Technical Specialist, you will provide technical support regarding Victorian workers compensation claims, coach team members, and ensure compliance with legislative guidelines while enhancing overall claims management practices.

Provide specialist return-to-work (RTW) support and strategic claims advice to claims teams. Coach case managers, coordinate with occupational rehabilitation providers, manage complex claims strategy, engage external stakeholders, and review claims practices to drive safe, sustainable RTW outcomes in line with Victorian workers compensation law.

The Technical Specialist provides guidance and training related to the SRC Act, supports case management, and optimizes recovery outcomes for employees.
