Investigate, strategise, track, follow up and document determinations, collaborate with Claims Services and Technical Specialist teams, and maintain accurate claim data in Worksafe and EML systems within required timeframes.

Provide technical support and advice to claims Case Managers on Victorian workers compensation law and WorkSafe Victoria guidelines; coach teams, review practices, develop strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage stakeholder relationships to meet performance and service targets.

Manage end-to-end workers' compensation claims in a self-insured environment, including liability assessment, cost-minimisation strategies, rehabilitation plan approvals, stakeholder liaison, and health promotion. Act as a senior team member with coaching and escalation responsibilities to support return-to-work outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of Victorian workers compensation claims end-to-end, providing empathetic, customer-focused service, conducting case reviews and meetings, ensuring legislative compliance, and supporting injured workers' recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Manage superannuation and life insurance claims including TPD, IP, terminal illness and death benefits. Ensure legislative and fund-rule compliance, communicate compassionately with members and beneficiaries, collaborate with internal teams, and implement claims management strategies to achieve optimal member outcomes.
