Manage and improve Workday People Systems, including configuration, governance, reporting, dashboards, security administration, process design, and user support. Partner with stakeholders on digital strategy, system enhancements, change requests, and technology implementations. Create learning resources, maintain SharePoint content, and train People teams and managers. This is a six-month parental leave contract based in Melbourne or Sydney with hybrid work options.

Identify and secure new business opportunities in the superannuation sector, develop proposals and value propositions, build strategic partnerships, and represent EML at industry events. The role manages relationships with superannuation funds, life insurers, administrators, and other stakeholders while providing market intelligence and supporting client onboarding and growth strategy. It is a permanent hybrid position in Sydney or Melbourne with occasional interstate travel.

Lead the National Self Insurance assurance program, including audits, risk identification, regulatory compliance, remedial actions, and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance on workers compensation claims and legislative requirements, monitor service levels and KPIs, and build stakeholder relationships with clients, auditors, and regulators. Lead and develop assurance and technical professionals through coaching, mentoring, and training while supporting strategic initiatives and high-quality claims management outcomes.

Provide technical guidance and coaching for Group Life Insurance and Superannuation claims (TPD, Income Protection, Terminal Illness). Partner with case managers, team leaders and insurers to ensure compliance, quality assurance, process improvements and excellent customer outcomes.

Provide technical support and advice to claims Case Managers on Victorian workers compensation law and WorkSafe Victoria guidelines; coach teams, review practices, develop strategic initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage stakeholder relationships to meet performance and service targets.

Manage end-to-end workers' compensation claims in a self-insured environment, including liability assessment, cost-minimisation strategies, rehabilitation plan approvals, stakeholder liaison, and health promotion. Act as a senior team member with coaching and escalation responsibilities to support return-to-work outcomes.

Manage a portfolio of Victorian workers compensation claims end-to-end, providing empathetic, customer-focused service, conducting case reviews and meetings, ensuring legislative compliance, and supporting injured workers' recovery and return-to-work outcomes.
