Lead practical risk management that enables sustainable growth, stronger decisions and great member outcomes.
 
 
The Role 
 
 
As Senior Manager, Marketing & Growth Risk, you will lead the first line risk function, embedding practical risk management into business decisions, strategic initiatives and member outcomes. Reporting to the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer, you will provide trusted advice, constructive challenge and commercially balanced risk leadership while leading a specialist team of three.
 
 
  • Lead first line risk across Marketing & Growth
  • Shape and mature the business unit risk profile
  • Strengthen the risk and control environment
  • Drive effective issue, incident and remediation management
  • Build operational resilience and manage change risk
  • Lead, coach and develop a specialist risk team


About You 


You are a practical risk leader who can strengthen controls, simplify complexity and embed sustainable risk practices in a regulated environment. You bring sound judgement, constructive challenge and the leadership capability to help the business make confident, well-informed decisions.
 
 
  • Senior experience across risk, compliance, controls, governance, operational risk, audit or assurance
  • Experience in financial services, superannuation or another highly regulated industry
  • Understanding of product governance, regulatory obligations, digital, change and operational resilience
  • Ability to lift risk maturity while keeping practices practical and proportionate
  • Confidence influencing senior leaders with clear, commercially balanced advice
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional accreditations are desirable
