The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager End User Computing (EUC), the Senior IT Analyst - Systems is responsible for supporting and enhancing Crown's end user technology environment across desktop, virtual desktop, operating system and infrastructure platforms. This role combines operational support, troubleshooting, system administration and continuous improvement, ensuring critical end user technologies remain secure, available, scalable and aligned to business requirements. You'll work closely with technology teams, business stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable and high-performing workplace technology services.

What You'll Do

  • Administer, support and maintain End User Computing technologies including Microsoft Windows environments, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualisation platforms.

  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and end user technology issues to minimise business disruption.

  • Manage operating system upgrades, patching, capacity planning and technology lifecycle activities to maintain secure and supportable environments.

  • Investigate and resolve escalated incidents and service requests, ensuring agreed service levels and business continuity requirements are consistently achieved.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures and knowledge articles to improve operational efficiency and service consistency.

  • Partner with project teams, stakeholders and technology vendors to implement infrastructure enhancements, support technology projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience supporting End User Computing, Desktop Engineering, Systems Administration or Infrastructure Support environments.

  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and core infrastructure technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualisation platforms.

  • Experience supporting VDI, end user device management and workplace technology environments in a medium to large enterprise setting.

  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, system and end user technology issues.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work effectively across service delivery teams, project teams, business users and external vendors.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline, with relevant Microsoft, Virtualisation or Infrastructure certifications highly regarded.
