- Lead and support core application environments across Windows and Linux platforms.
- Own environment stability, deployment readiness, and operational reliability.
- Provide technical leadership across CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release activities.
- Diagnose complex environment, infrastructure, and application issues across production and non-production systems.
- Collaborate closely with Developers, QAs, BAs, Architects, and Infrastructure teams.
- Utilise monitoring and observability tools to analyse performance and incidents.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high-quality operational documentation.
- Strong experience supporting enterprise application environments.
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
- Solid scripting capabilities (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with application servers including IIS, JBoss, and Apache.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, certificates, and authentication flows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across infrastructure, configuration, and application layers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Monitoring and observability tools such as Elastic and Dynatrace.
- Database and programming competence including C#, Python, MS SQL, and Oracle SQL.
- Experience with secure file transfer and key-based authentication.
- Understanding of release, change, and incident management processes.
- Exposure to financial services or wealth management systems is desirable.
- Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
