Supports transfer agency and fund administration operations through payment processing, reconciliations, invoicing, KPI reporting, exception management, regulatory reporting, and operational queries. Manages FATCA and CRS reporting for approximately 70 fund managers, including data validation, stakeholder coordination, regulatory lodgements, and issue resolution. Also supports UAT, system changes, client onboarding, operational readiness, process improvements, controls, audit compliance, and business integration initiatives.

Lead enterprise business analysis and consulting for complex client, technology, regulatory, product, and strategic initiatives across the APAC Transfer Agency business. Responsibilities include solution discovery, requirements definition, business cases, impact assessments, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder engagement, risk analysis, and transformation planning. The role advises senior leaders, coordinates clients and delivery teams, promotes business analysis best practices, and identifies innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

The Digital Business Analyst will facilitate workshops, define epics and user stories, gather and document requirements, map current and target processes, and support digital and mobile application delivery. The role involves collaborating with business, technology, development, testing, and project stakeholders; producing business cases and impact assessments; managing traceability, risks, dependencies, and delivery planning; and supporting projects throughout the delivery lifecycle.
