Senior Consultant – Data & AI Advisory

About the role:

We're seeking a Senior Consultant – Data & AI Advisory to join our team. This is a permanent role based in Melbourne, Australia.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end analytics projects for top-tier clients.
  
• Design and implement AI-driven solutions for compliance, risk, and operational efficiency.
  
• Drive cloud transformation initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  
• Manage cross-functional teams, mentoring and developing talent.
  
• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic data solutions that drive real business value.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• More than 10 years of  experience in data & analytics, AI, and cloud architecture.
  
• Deep expertise in DataOps, MLOps, ETL/ELT, and Agile methodologies.
  
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, R, and PowerShell.
  
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Apache Spark, Kafka, Terraform, and Docker.
  
• A proven track record of delivering multi-million dollar projects in different sectors.
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

You’ll be at an advantage if you also have:

• Experience working with ASX-listed clients and global enterprises.
  
• A passion for driving innovation in AI & Data Strategy.
