Job DescriptionAs a Scrum Master, you’ll act as a facilitator, coach, and mentor—supporting teams to embrace Agile ways of working while removing impediments and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
You will lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies while coaching teams across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe practices to uplift capability and maturity. Acting as a true servant-leader, you’ll proactively remove impediments, drive alignment to PI objectives, Definition of Done, and architectural standards, and embed DevOps and fit-for-purpose delivery lifecycles. You’ll work across teams to manage dependencies, support ART-level ceremonies, and foster strong collaboration, all while championing a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high-quality delivery that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence, coach, and lead without authority
- Experience working in complex, cross-functional environments
- Willing and able to obtain a AGSV Security clearance.
