The Scrum Master is a key and central role to delivering the very best customer solutions. This role will work closely with Product Owners to drive the development and execution of financial solutions across our customer base. You will be a mentor and motivator for your squad, ensuring value is efficiently and effectively delivered to customers.
Overall, the program delivery team aims to not only increase the effectiveness of our business and technology products but keep the customer and user experience front of mind in all aspects of delivery.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities;
Use agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
Organises the squad (logistics, team events, meetings, standups etc) and ensures team events are productive
Ensures that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the squad
Tracking Epic progress, deliverables, and financials.
Planning and organising demos and product/system testing.
Ensures information in tools are accurate and up to date, and reporting on progress
Coaches the Agile Team in self-management
Helps the team focus on creating increments of value in every iteration
Removes blocks, or escalates if necessary
Qualifications;
Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
Experience;
Previous experience as a scrum master or in a similar role essential
Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
Leadership and management experience.
Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication and facilitation skills to establish and maintain excellent working relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing and fast-paced environment, evolving the change solution ensuring delivery of flexibility and agility
Understanding of efficient stakeholders engagement within a challenging business environment
