About the Graduate Marketing Program
Formed from a recipe that aims to make you into a leader of tomorrow, our Mondelēz International Graduate Marketing Program offers you a delicious blend of on-the-job and formal training that will expand your horizons while encouraging your personal and professional development over 18 months. At the completion of the graduate program, you will be placed in a permanent position.

Qualifications
We are looking for energetic graduates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are full of passion for our brands. If you have recently graduated and are interested in launching your career, join our program at Mondelēz International.
Applicants must have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in 2025 or be on track to complete in 2026 (any relevant degree is encouraged). You must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of application. Applicants must be available to start in February 2027.
