Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling, lead qualification, and outreach campaigns.
  • Experience working with CRM systems is required; familiarity with Zoho CRM, ZDialer, or other autodialers is a strong advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a polished, professional phone manner.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Core responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to business executives and decision-makers to schedule appointments with the field team.
  • Conduct email outreach campaigns to follow up on calls, confirm appointments, and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a steady and high-quality pipeline of interviews and business development opportunities.
  • Work on multiple concurrent projects, coordinating with different markets and maintaining strong organizational practices to meet strict deadlines.
  • Schedule a minimum of 10–12 interviews or appointments per week, consistently hitting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Research and qualify leads to ensure they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with project goals.
  • Maintain detailed records and activity logs of calls, emails, and contact outcomes using the company’s CRM system.
  • Coordinate with team members to share feedback, challenges, and insights from outreach efforts to refine messaging and approach.
  • Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly results to management, providing detailed updates on scheduled interviews, leads generated, and key performance metrics.
