Profile Requirements:

  • Up to 2 Years of Experience in sales, appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or customer service
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong English speaking and writing abilities
  • Professional and confident phone presence
  • Strong objection-handling and follow-up skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales software
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple follow-up activities simultaneously
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Tech-savvy with a good general understanding of IT tools, systems, or software, without needing to be highly technical.

Core responsibilities:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to business owners, decision-makers, and residential prospects daily
  • Contact inbound leads, marketing-generated leads, referrals, and prospect lists
  • Introduce company services and identify potential client needs
  • Ask qualifying questions to determine interest, project scope, decision-making authority, and timeline
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives and advisors
  • Follow up consistently with prospects through phone calls and email
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and appointment requests
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
  • Maintain detailed notes and accurate records within the CRM system
  • Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows through proactive communication
  • Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving forward
  • Research businesses and decision-makers when necessary
  • Maintain organized pipelines and follow-up schedules
  • Send follow-up emails and appointment confirmations
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment-setting goals
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Track activity metrics including calls made, conversations, appointments scheduled, and lead conversions
