The Role

We are looking for a motivated and capable Sales Executive to help deliver outstanding customer experience and drive sales in our fast-paced Event & Conferences Sales team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, driving new sales, while delivering outstanding customer service, and implementing strategies to drive future revenue. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and industry partners to create memorable experiences and achieve ambitious targets.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests.

As well as:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to inquiries, recommend solutions aligned with client objectives and budgets, and provide exceptional service throughout the event cycle.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and proactively work toward achieving targets and maximizing profitability.

  • Showcase and promote Crown’s venues and offerings through client meetings, site inspections, and attend trade events.

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and seamless customer experience.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Crown properties for cross-selling opportunities, contribute to process improvements, and deliver tailored customer experiences.

About you

You'll bring the following

  • Proven experience in a similar role and a passion to build a long-term career within sales.

  • Ideally, experience in Sales or Event Management within hotels, event or venue operations.

  • Excellent communication, organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability quickly learn new systems, including Hotel Property Management and Sales platforms.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment, think independently and problem solve.
