A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As a Enterprise Sales Executive, you’ll drive new business growth and deepen client partnerships by selling complex, high-value solutions across our Consulting, AI/Automation, and Outsourcing portfolios. This is a client-facing, high-impact role that requires a confident, senior-level sales leader who thrives in fast-paced, consultative environments.

You’ll identify and convert opportunities with large enterprise and mid-market clients, delivering tailored, strategic proposals that align with their transformation goals, operational needs, and innovation agendas. Your success will be defined by your ability to build trust with executive stakeholders, lead sophisticated sales cycles, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive real value. Develop and manage a strong pipeline across targeted industries and regions.

  • Build and nurture trusted, consultative relationships with client executives (CIO, COO, CDO, CMO, etc.).
  • Lead full sales cycles: discovery, needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Translate client challenges into impactful solutions across consulting, automation, and delivery services.
  • Co-create transformation roadmaps and compelling business proposals that drive ROI.
  • Stay current on customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
  • Accurately forecast revenue, track performance, and report sales metrics for alignment and accountability.
  • Champion Acquire’s value proposition and culture externally and internally.
  • Ensure sales data and activities are accurately tracked in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, client services, and delivery teams to align sales strategies and execution.
  • Represent Acquire with professionalism at industry events, forums, and client engagements.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
  • Proven experience in senior enterprise sales, ideally in Consulting, Tech Solutions, AI/Automation, or BPO Services.
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong strategic selling background (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, etc.).
  • Experience navigating and influencing multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional ability to craft ROI-driven business cases and translate strategy into solutions.
  • Skilled in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and accountable—with the ability to adapt and thrive in a global, high-velocity environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive relationship-building skills.
