Sales Executive

Join us as a Sales Executive at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, on our ANZ Sales Team in Victoria, Australia to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.

What you’ll achieve

As a Sales Executive you will be an important part of our overall business and sales team responsible for sales across a defined portfolio of Healthcare Clients in Victoria. 

Your client base will be a combination of existing long-term Clients and new Clients you create utilizing our large and growing suite of solutions.  

Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be responsible for meeting quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets within your assigned region / client base. You have a desire to help clients succeed, care about making a difference in our health system and have an internal drive that ensures you get things done. 

You will:

  • Drive sales of Dedalus solutions across Victoria to meet sales and revenue targets. Increase market share and penetration of the Dedalus solutions. 
  • Create and lead execution of territory business plans and initiatives. Demonstrates ability to review, reflect and redirect the plan in accordance with business priorities.   
  • Create and maintain relationships across the Client base 
  • Manage responsiveness to customers and identifies areas for improvements in service, staffing and operations that will increase customer satisfaction. 
  • Ensure Dedalus sales tools are consistently utilized and updated 
  • Align Dedalus capabilities cross-functionally to support the customer experience and the selling journey. Progresses opportunities with considered internal alignment.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • Experience working with a healthcare vendor or healthcare employer 
  • Minimum of 8+ years’ experience in complex sales environments
  • Strong understanding of the Healthcare sector, including the Victoria Health system
  • Strong understanding of software sales and the role software plays in clinical and administrative workflows 
  • Extensive connections within the Victoria Health system
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is desirable.

Demonstrated Skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and influence skills to cultivate relationships, facilitate negotiations and build partnerships with key Client stakeholders.
  • Strong organization and time management, strategic management and planning skills
  • Ability to represent company with internal and external customers 

Technical Experience

  • Intermediate to advanced computer literacy is required 
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office skills
