You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and get genuine satisfaction from helping clients find the right solution. You’re also a team player who’s keen to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role;

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills;

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation ability;

  • Confident presenting over video and speaking on the phone;

  • Professional presentation and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset;

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to manage your own pipeline;

  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to support your teammates.

Nice to haves:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Education, or a related field;

  • Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment (a bonus, not essential).

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
