The Role

With breathtaking venues, expert staff and three outstanding hotels, Crown Events and Conferences caters for everything from large scale product launches and exhibitions to gala dinners and intimate cocktail functions.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to support our fast-paced Event & Conferences Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to begin or advance their career in the meetings and events industry.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

  • Provide strong administrative support to the Sales team supporting with managing client enquiries, proposals, and contracts.

  • Maintain accurate records using our CRM system and assist the Sales team with building event framework.

  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients (both inbound and outbound calls) and internal teams, whilst demonstrating exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with other departments, delivering joyful experiences and maintaining strong relationships across the business.
