This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their sales career. Whether your experience comes from inside sales, telesales, business development, customer success, solar sales support, or account management, you will have the opportunity to develop your channel sales expertise while helping accelerate the adoption of clean energy solutions across Australia.


Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing solar installers, distributors, and channel partners within the assigned territory.
  • Support sales growth by promoting Enphase products and solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to enquiries and coordinating support with internal teams.
  • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and sales meetings to help customers understand the benefits of Enphase solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively engage prospective customers through phone, email, virtual meetings, and occasional site visits.
  • Work collaboratively with channel partners to support sales initiatives, marketing activities, and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities within CRM systems.
  • Track territory performance and provide regular updates and forecasts to sales leadership.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and renewable energy market developments.
  • Represent Enphase at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Education: Degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Experience: 3+ years experience in sales, business development, inside sales, telesales, customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, building products, construction, or technology industries is advantageous but not essential.
  • Sales Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, identify opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging customers both virtually and in person.
  • Commercial Awareness: Comfortable analysing basic sales data, maintaining pipelines, and supporting sales forecasting activities.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to develop trust with customers and work effectively across internal teams.
  • Learning Agility: Interest in renewable energy and willingness to develop technical product knowledge.
  • Travel & Location: Based in Brisbane with the ability to travel within the territory as required (approximately 50% travel).
  • Legal Requirements: Must have the right to live and work in Australia.
