Working with the IS Leader – APAC, this senior leadership role will see you guide enterprise-aligned IS&T service delivery across assigned GHD region/s, translating GHD’s priorities, enterprise service models, standards and technology-enabled ways of working into consistent, resilient and high-value regional outcomes.
The role reflects a deliberate shift from regionally focused service management to an enterprise-enabled, standards-led and technology-enabled leadership model. It balances regional stakeholder needs with One GHD outcomes, ensuring local execution supports enterprise consistency, service resilience, governance discipline, trusted operational data and scalable service improvement.

We’ll empower you with the right technology, training and support as you bring ideas and service improvements to life. Together with your colleagues, clients and partners, you’ll make an impact that is felt by all. You will be responsible for: 

  • Guiding consistent, reliable and customer-focused IS&T service delivery across a complex, distributed regional environment supporting large user communities, aligned to GHD IS&T policies, standards, controls and ways of working

  • Translating enterprise priorities, service portfolio direction and business needs into practical regional service plans, team expectations, adoption priorities and measurable service outcomes
  • Developing strong partnerships with regional and national executives, service owners, platform teams, vendors and stakeholders to strengthen One GHD service alignment
  • Supporting service maturity through standardised processes, trusted operational data, embedded governance, continuous improvement and technology-enabled ways of working
  • Leading, coaching and developing distributed service teams to build capability, shared accountability, succession depth and adaptable ways of working

What you will bring to the team:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Significant senior experience in IT Service Management, service delivery, operational leadership or related IS&T leadership roles within large, complex and distributed environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting service delivery teams across multiple locations or regions, including performance management, capability development, workforce planning and succession depth
  • Strong enterprise leadership, systems thinking and ability to convert strategic priorities into clear regional execution plans and measurable service improvements
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement, executive communication and influencing skills, with experience working across regions, functions, vendors and matrixed teams
  • Strong service governance, operational discipline and commercial judgement, with experience coordinating incidents, managing vendors, budgets, service quality and value outcomes
