The Systems Administrator will manage and support systems/platforms, facilitate technical discussions, ensure security compliance, and lead operational improvements across IT services in the Asia Pacific region.

Leads the strategic direction and growth of an urban planning capability across Victorian and Tasmanian teams. Responsibilities include technical leadership, project review, resource coordination, client relationship management, pursuits, proposal development, stakeholder engagement, quality and compliance oversight, mentoring, supervision, and technical training. The role requires strong knowledge of regional planning systems, commercial judgment, established client relationships, and experience delivering major projects in consulting or related environments.

Leads sustainability strategy development and delivery, climate risk and carbon management advisory, complex client projects, business development, proposals, client relationships, team mentoring, and industry representation. The role supports growth of GHD’s Sustainability Advisory offering across water, transportation, property and buildings, environment, and energy and resources sectors.

Provides legal and compliance advice across multiple jurisdictions, serving as Data Protection Officer and Legal Compliance Officer. Administers the privacy program, assesses data processing, advises cross-functional teams on global data protection regulations, drafts privacy notices and data processing agreements, manages records of processing activities, evaluates risks, handles data subject requests, and responds to personal data breaches. Drives compliance improvements and collaborates with regional legal teams.

Lead development and ownership of the enterprise cybersecurity strategy and target-state architecture. Represent cyber risk to CTO and Board. Build specialist sub-teams, own vulnerability management and remediation cadence, command incident response, define and govern Zero Trust across Azure/identity/endpoint, oversee AI security posture, and drive CMMC Level 2 and FedRAMP readiness to enable US Federal client work.

Lead global workplace technology strategy and operations, owning device lifecycle, Azure Virtual Desktop/Nerdio, M365 administration and Copilot adoption. Build a Digital Workspaces & Collaboration function, measure digital employee experience, partner on workspace security, and drive AI agent readiness across multi-geography teams.

Lead global delivery of workflow, automation, and internal software solutions across 3–5 internal and third-party squads. Drive planning, capacity balancing, CI/CD, testing, release readiness, and operational support. Standardize delivery practices, enforce platform and architecture standards on Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric, manage vendor SOWs, track delivery metrics, and communicate risks and status to technical and business stakeholders.
